Chef Coby Weinstein has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years and now wants to serve you creations from the Sizzle Food Truck.  We have a flare for well seasoned food.  Our approach is to combine flavors and techniques that represent American, Asian, and Latin cuisines.  This fusion of spices, textures, and presentation is designed to stimulate your taste buds and senses.  By using only the freshest local ingredients we strive to deliver an exciting and interesting balance of flavors, leaving you with a satisfying and memorable Sizzle experience.

We support Colorado and source as many local ingredients as possible.  Our goal is to continue to create and deliver exceptional dishes.  Sizzle specializes in food preparation from breakfast to dessert and respects all ingredients for what they are.  Our platform is mainly handheld cuisine and offers a variety of catering menus that can be customized to accommodate your special events or dietary needs.  Come by and try us, we would love to tantalize your taste buds!
